STEPANAKERT. – The Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh) Minister of Defense and Defense Army Commander, Levon Mnatsakanyan, on Wednesday briefed President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan—who arrived in Artsakh on a working visit—on the operational and tactical situation following the four-day hostilities which Azerbaijan had unleashed against the NKR, in early April.

Armenian News-NEWS.am has learned from the press service of the NKR Defense Army that Mnatsakanyan also presented the engineering and fortification works that were and are still being carried out along the frontline, and reflected on several other ongoing army-building processes in Artsakh.
