Director Ruben Topchyan of the National Center for Professional Education Quality Assurance Foundation (ANQA) of Armenia, and director Lemka Izmailova of the National Accreditation Agency (NAA) of Russia have signed a cooperation agreement.
Under this document, the parties agreed to collaborate in the European Higher Education Area, and contribute to quality assurance in higher education.
The agreement was signed within the framework of a conference on the avenues for the improvement of the quality of education, and which was convened on Tuesday and Wednesday in Moscow.
