Scientists have calculated the night for an ideal sleep. The UK experts found out the day of the week when a person lying in bed fast falls asleep, sinking into a deep sleep, and wakes up refreshed and invigorated , reports the Informing.

The scientists conducted a test involving 5,000 volunteers. They measured how frequent the volunteers’ heart muscles’ reduce during the night. It was found that the night from Tuesday to Wednesday gives an excellent opportunity to relax. Although, this is not the longest sleep, but the healthiest and the most useful.

Presumably, the night from Tuesday to Wednesday allows people to relax from the first days of work. The impact of greasy foods and alcohol on the body decreases on that days. That is the reason that the second night of the week allows to relax completely.

During the experiment, volunteers’ blood pressure from Tuesday to Wednesday night reduced. The level of stress hormones decreased among 55.5% per cent of the participants. The scientists also think that the night from Saturday to Sunday is the second more useful night of the week.
