This summer the Japanese restaurant Tempura Matsu offers  cold noodles in ice bowls.

 The traditional Japanese dish, inaniwa udon noodles are made from mugwort and served with wasabi and a raw egg yolk. All this is placed in deepening of the big ice block and looks very attractive.

According to the visitors, the idea of noodles in ice is good not only visually. This dish helps to cheer up and be refreshed quickly during summer heat. Eating spicy noodles, it is very pleasant to put out fire in a mouth with melted cold water, Kedem reported.
