Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree on cancelling the restrictions with respect to Turkey, Kremlin official website reports.

Particularly, the government has been instructed to take measures providing for cancelling the ban on charter air transportations between Russia and Turkey.

Besides, the President ordered to revoke the point in decree of 28 November 2015 “On measures to ensure national security of Russian Federation from criminal and other illegal measures and application of special economic measures with respect to the Turkish Republic,” which sets up restrictions on tour operators and tour agents selling Russians tickets to Turkey.

Putin also instructed the Cabinet of Ministers to hold talks with the Turkish government on issues of foreign economic ties between the countries.

The decree will take effect on the day of its official promulgation.
