On October 6, Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu made a statement refuting the information on deterioration of Turkey-Azerbaijan relations.

The Turkish FM had to put himself right after a number of Turkish mass media, referring to the Azerbaijani press, disseminated information that Azerbaijan banned waving of the Turkish flag.

The Turkish and Azerbaijani flags are equally important, Timeturk quotes Davutoglu.
