Kremlin sees no connection between events in Turkey, Armenia, and Kazakhstan, stated Dmitry Peskov, the Russian presidential spokesperson.

“Each individual case must be analyzed separately,” he told reporters on Monday. “In one case, the matter is definitely about a  coup  attempt with forcible methods, which has caused numerous human casualties, and in another case—various criminal behavior.”

In Peskov’s words, the security of Russia’s border is properly ensured, and they closely follow the situation.

“Of course we would like [to see] that our neighbors would be stable and prosperous states,” stressed the Russian presidential spokesperson. “And in this case, there is every reason to believe that our neighbors have the necessary potential to be as such.”
