STEPANAKERT. –  Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Karen Mirzoyan on Monday  graduates of the Scholarship of the Tavitian Foundation of the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy of the U․S․Tufts University, headed by Vice President of the Foundation, Joyce Barsam.

During the meeting, Karen Mirzoyan appreciated the activity of the Tavitian Foundation, thanks to which civil servants get the opportunity to study and improve their knowledge at the Fletcher School to further apply the acquired knowledge in their work.
