STEPANAKERT. – The Nagorno-Karabakh Republic has launched staff exercises involving the staff of the Defense Army, units, and commanders of military units.

The purpose of the exercises is to improve control system of the Armed Forces, to improve skills of the commanders, as well as to enhance the level of cooperation, the strategic abilities of commanders.
