Prosecutors in Baltimore acquitted police officer of killing African American Freddie Gray.

This is the fourth time that the prosecutors fail to secure a conviction for police officer Brian Rice, the highest-raking officer among his six colleagues whose actions, according to prosecutors, led to the death of 25-year-old Gray.

Gray, who was previously convicted for drug crimes, died of injuries sustained while in police detention last April, BBC reported.
