YEREVAN. – Foreign Minister of Armenia Edward Nalbandian received the Ambassador of Latvia to Armenia Elita Gavele (residence in Tbilisi) on the occasion of completing her diplomatic mission.

Minister Nalbandian hailed effective cooperation between Armenia and Latvia and outlined the importance of Ambassador Gavele’s personal input in the development of Armenia-Latvia bilateral ties.

The Armenian Minister awarded Ambassador a Medal of Honour to mark her contribution in development of Armenian-Latvian relations.
