Polish Parliament sent back a draft resolution on recognition of the Volyn tragedy as genocide for revision, Polish Sejm’s message stated.

The document says that the victims of crimes committed in the 40s by the Ukrainian nationalists, haven't been properly immortalized, and massacre has not  been called, according to the historical truth, a genocide.

The Sejm was offered to recognize tragic events of 1943-1945 as a genocide, and to honor the memory of victims every year on July 11, Gazeta reported.
