Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) Christine Lagarde should be brought to justice. The French Supreme Court opened the way for the start of the corresponding trial on Friday, The Financial Times reported.

IMF Managing Director is under the constant attention of the judicial bodies in connection with doubtful multimillion compensation paid in 2008 to the businessman Bernard Tapie thanks to Lagarde assistance who held the post of the French Finance Minister at the time.
