The hero of Artsakh , lieutenant Vitaly Balasanyan has warned Sasna Tserer  group in the Police Patrol Regiment area that those who use weapons will be punished. 

Balasanyan said that he personally had a meeting with the president who gave instructions not to resort to any force. To the question until when, Balasanyan answered until the issues will be solved peacefully. "I've told the guys, those who use weapons, will be punished. It will not go on forever; today or tomorrow they must lay down their arms, " said Balasanyan, adding that an armed revolution cannot be acceptable. "Imagine, if the government resigns and the armed group fulfills its goals, next time hundreds of people will take arms, "he said.

According to Balasanyan , they have now reached to the point , when  both the men and the police officers preserve tranquility.  Balasanyan said that no one has asked him to mediate . " This is my homeland. There are people among the armed men with whom we passed a long path . There are men who participated in military operations at different fronts under my command, " Balasanyan said .

He also said that he met with Zhirayr Sefilyan. A representative of the  president also participated in the meeting . Balasanyan claims that Sefilyan did not demand Serzh Sargsyan's resignation , but he required to release detainees . Balasanyan stressed the statement he made the day before, once again saying that there are no political prisoners in Armenia .

Vitaly Balasanyan also said that there wasn’t discussed any issue of passing over the lands during his meeting with the Armenian President in Artsakh.   Balasanyan said that NKR President Bako Sahakyan , the former President Arkady Ghukasian, Vitali Balasanyan and many other were present at the meeting .

According to Balasanyan during the meeting the President said that he wanted to hear everyone's opinion about the format they see the solution of the  issue . 

" I myself asked , if there is a force that puts pressure on him . He said no, that cannot be the case. " said Balasanyan .
