YEREVAN. - Freedom fighter Ararat Khandoyan, who is the brother of Sasna Tsrer armed group member Arayik Khandoyan, also known as Lonely Wolf, has been arrested after being detained on July 21.
He has been charged with instigating mass disorders, Khandoyan’s attorney Ara Gharagyozyan told Armenian News – NEWS.am.
The attorney also noted that he will comment on the lawfulness of the charge brought after familiarizing himself with the case files.
