YEREVAN. – Successful cooperation between Armenia and NATO depends on existence of bilateral interest, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Germany to Armenia Mathias Kisler stated during discussion on a subject “Post-Warsaw NATO Summit: Implications for Armenia” on Wednesday

According to him, the most important tasks for NATO are stability and safety in the South and the East, however, the main focus is on the east of the Alliance.

Mathias Kisler noted that NATO carries out partnership action plans with the countries, not being participants of Alliance, and Armenia is also a participant of these programs. NATO clearly takes into account the interests of the partner countries, it all depends on Armenia, on how the country will formulate its needs and how will present them to NATO.
