China submitted the final complaint concerning baseless allegations that Japan included in the White Book , which is dedicated to defense issues, announced the Chinese Foreign Minister’s spokeswoman Hua Chunying, reports the Xinhua .

She stressed that the Chinese government is determined to protect its territorial sovereignty and maritime interests. China has a legal right to carry out duties in the country's territorial waters near Diaoyu Islands and Japan's claims in those issues are inadmissible, said the diplomat.

In recent years Japan's attempts to speculate the issue of regional security threat by increasing its military potential and cancelling  its  limitations that were imposed after the  Second World War,  became a common concern, she said.  "We urge the Japanese side to profit mistakes made in the past , maintain a path of peaceful development, operate carefully in the military and security fields,  strengthen mutual trust with the neighboring countries, and preserve peace and stability in the region, “ said Hua Chunying.
