YEREVAN. – Three candidates are nominated to run in the mayoral election to be conducted in Armenia’s Vagharshapat (Etchmiadzin) town, on September 18.
The self-nominated nonpartisan incumbent mayor, a nonpartisan city hall official, and a candidate whose place of work is not specified will vie in this community, according to the Central Electoral Commission website.
