The International Committee of Red Cross does not fulfill its commitments adequately. The evidence thereof is Armenian captive Manvel Saribekyan’s death in Azerbaijan, Giro Manoyan, Head of the Hay Dat (Armenian Cause) office stated at a press conference.

Manoyan mentioned the ICRC`s omissions at his meetings with Azerbaijani reporters in Baku, when he was asked on the possible return of the Azerbaijani soldier Mubariz Ibrahimov’s body.

“When the Azerbaijani reporters asked me on the return of the Azerbaijani soldier’s body, I voiced Nagorno-Karabakh’s statement on the matter, that his body is in a neutral territory, and they may take it with ICRC assistance. As it has not happened so far, this means ICRC does not handle its mission well,” Manoyan emphasized.
