The investigation on the attack on the soldier Gagik Avetisyan, which had fatal consequences, is over and submitted to the court, informs the press service of the Armenian Judicial Department.
According to the indictment, on April 11 the soldier Hayk Harutyunyan hit his colleague Garnik Avetisyan with "Ural 4320" truck. Hayk Harutyunyan is charged under part 2 of article 377 of the Criminal Code.
