The Senate of Brazil - with 61 votes for and 20 votes against - has voted in favor of impeachment of the president Dilma Rousseff.  Brazil's first female president is accused of fraud in the federal budget. As the NYT, the president's authority will pass to the Vice President Michel Temer.
