YEREVAN. - Privatization entities of Armenia ensured 59 workplaces in 2015 instead of the 27 mentioned in the privatization program.

The head of Armenia’s State Property Management Department Arman Sahakyan stated the aforementioned in the parliament, introducing the 2015 report for the execution of the privatization program for 2006-2007.

One relatively large investor fulfilled his obligations: he invested $10.25 mln instead of $8.8 mln mentioned in the program.

Other less large investors also fulfilled their obligations: they invested 24.9 mln AMD ($523000) instead of 21 mln AMD.

Apart from this, one of the state property purchasers fulfilled his social obligation, donating a housing space for twelve citizens.

The cases of four unconscientious purchasers were directed to the court.

About 52 mln AMD revenue was received from the purchase of state property, 25.1 mln out of which were from last year transactions, 26.8 mln coming from the previous years.
