STEPANAKERT. – President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh), Bako Sahakyan, on Tuesday received the delegation from Alfortville, France, led by Mayor Luc Carvounas Alfortville.

Cooperation between Alfortville and several Artsakh towns were on the agenda of the talks, Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

President Sahakyan highlighted such cooperation, and noted that there exist all preconditions for expanding and deepening the relations.
