YEREVAN. - The tense military and political situation in the region does not rule out the possibility of a new war breaking out, which we, of course, do not want, but if the war resumes, we must have no alternative to it but victory.

Head of the Armenian General Headquarters of the Armenian Armed Forces, Yuri Khachaturov, said the aforementioned in his statement issued on occasion of the 25th anniversary of the Independence Day.  

“That is why our vigilance should never weaken and today we should be stronger than yesterday. This is the most urgent issue set before us, its key condition being patriotism.”
