Jim Costa, a State of California member of the House of Representatives of the US Congress, congratulated on the 25th anniversary of the independence of Armenia.
“25 years ago today, on September 21, 1991, Armenia declared independence from the Soviet Union and once again, the Republic of Armenia was established. It was an honor to speak on the House floor this morning, to celebrate Armenia’s independence and the Armenian communities in the San Joaquin Valley and throughout the nation and world,” Congressman Costa wrote on his Facebook account.
