YEREVAN. – The second “wave” of personnel changes within the Government of Armenia will be more intense, according to Hraparak newspaper.
“There is information that this wave will reach the provinces, too, and some provincial governors will bid farewell to their positions.
“As is known, [newly appointed PM] Karen Karapetyan announced the process of developing a new program. But there is information that there will not be [any] particularly revolutionary approaches in the new program, since they cannot be brought to fruition in a short time, until the [next] parliamentary elections [in April 2017].
“After the formation of the government, prescribed by law, the government program must be submitted to the NA [i.e. the National Assembly] within 20 days,” wrote Hraparak.
