Ramil Usubov, the Minister of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan, has signed a decree on having the police start a special regime in connection with the forthcoming referendum in the country.
Azerbaijani media inform that the police force in the country will be under a tight regime, from September 24 to 29.
On September 26, a referendum on constitutional amendments will be conducted in Azerbaijan.
