Acting Foreign Minister of Armenia Edward Nalbandian on Monday visited the James A. Baker III Institute for Public Policy at Rice University, in Houston, Texas, USA, and delivered a comprehensive lecture.

Nalbandian presented the road Armenia has passed over the course of 25 years of independence, its foreign policy priorities, and regional challenges and the country’s outlook on the avenues to address them.

The acting FM of Armenia also reflected on the current phase in the process to resolve the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

In addition, Edward Nalbandian spoke about Armenia’s proactive role, in international arena, in prevention of the crime of genocide; engagement in various international organizations; participation in UN peacekeeping operations; and collaboration with a variety of international organizations.
