International Criminal Court Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda has announced about a preliminary investigation in Gabon in regard with unrests that took place during protests over the election results, reports the AFP. According to him, the government of Gabon has appealed to start investigation immediately, accusing the opposition leader of the country of inciting crimes against humanity and genocide. He said that the office will make a preliminary examination to determine whether there is enough evidence for a full investigation.
