YEREVAN. - Brother of former Armenian Prosecutor General Aghvan Hovsepyan, Rubik Hovsepyan, is among the MPs who will not be part of the new parliament in 2017.

Hovsepyan, who is a ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) MP told Armenian News – NEWS.am that he has made such a decision on his own.

Referring to the work of the new Government, he recalled the times of joint work with the new Premier Karen Karapetyan, when the latter was the Mayor of Yerevan and he was the head of Achapnyak administrative district of Yerevan.

“I have been of very good opinion about him since then. He stopped the street trade, isn’t this good? We’ll see his work as a Premier. Now we are constantly asking ourselves why one or another change took place…The work will show,” he said.
