The Tokyo police arrested a woman who allegedly sprayed tear gas on the platform of Takadanobaba Station earlier this week, RIA Novosti reported quoting Kyodo.
As it was reported earlier, in the evening on September 28, the passengers reported about caustic smell on the platform, nine people were taken to hospitals with complaints on sickness, but there were no serious complications.
By means of cameras and testimonies of witnesses it has been established that it was 36-year-old Yumiko Tsukakoshi who allegedly sprayed tear gas on 32-year-old man.
It is specified that the suspect without a certain occupation lives in Nerima.
