In Yaroslavl drunk policemen shot a Labrador, reports the Istochnik.  A resident of Kluchi village reported about the incident to the Investigation Committee, the Prosecutor's Office, and the Interior Department. The police officers who were in plainclothes and smelled like alcohol, according to her, shot the Labrador near her house.

"I was in the garden, when they shot my dog. I thought that it might be hunters shooting in the forest.  Then, my dog came up to me. It was covered with blood. I came out and saw three young men in civilian clothes, " wrote the woman in her statement. "When I offered to call the police, they said that they were police officers." They were behaving very obscene and vulgar, she said.

The dog is now undergoing a treatment in a veterinary clinic. The Interior Department reported that the dog allegedly was dangerous. The owner of the dog submitted a reported to the penitentiary and the prosecutor's office.
