An Azerbaijani resident attempted to commit suicide on Wednesday.
Elshad Kerimov (born in 1971) set himself alight, pouring highly flammable liquid on himself, APA reports. The witnesses of the incident were able to put out the fire. The man was rushed to a city hospital.
Considering his critical condition, Kerimov was taken to the Republican Burn Center. Investigation is underway.
