The startup executive director should be the best sales professional, said the Google representative Paul Asoyan at the Silicon Valley UNLEASHED event organized in Yerevan at TUMO Center for Creative Technologies by HIVE Seed Fund. According to him, the executive director should ensure income flow for business. 

“Many people argue that the startup executive director (CEO) should also be sales professional. I absolutely agree with this statement,” said Asoyan.

In his opinion, a successful startup CEO should understand needs of the customers in order to be able to make an easily sellable product.

“Traditional sales continuously evolve into technical sales. People in charge of sales will be replaced by business and technical advisers soon,” said Asoyan.  On October 15, there was held Silicon Valley UNLEASHED event in Yerevan. Inside Tech's Greatest Minds event brought together representatives of leading businesses and leading engineers of Silicon Valley.  At the event, the head of Uber engineering department Raffi Krikorian, the former engineering manager of Twitter David Loftesness, the Google representative Paul Asoyan, and others  delivered speeches .
