Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said that there are no prerequisites for a gas discount for Ukraine.
He explained this with the fact that according to the contract between Gazprom and Ukrainian Naftogaz, the price for gas is at the level or even lower than the prices prevailing in the European market, RIA Novosti reported.
