The international competition of S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2016 in Milan came to an end. The winner of the competition is Mitch Lienhard with his dish Roasted Duck with Spiced Orange & Yam, reports the Lenta. The winner has been elected by a jury made up of well-known chefs from 7 different countries. The election process was based on 5 criteria: ingredients, skills, genius, beauty , and message. In total ,  3 thousand applications from 20 countries were submitted for the competition.
