Turkish MP of Armenian descent Garo Paylan, who represents the Kurdish Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP), has filed a criminal complaint against President Erdoğan.

He wrote the aforementioned on his Twitter page, posting the photo of his complaint.

In the complaint Paylan stated that during President Erdoğan's speech in Trabzon on October 15, all those present shouted offensive words - full of hostility, hatred and offenses - addressed to Armenians.

“On October 15, there was a rally in Trabzon, where President Erdoğan gave a speech. The audience, which is claimed to be AKP members, repeatedly shouted 'Armenian bastards cannot discourage us.' The president, ministers and member of organization committee didn't do anything to prevent people from shouting that slogan,” the complaint reads.
