A man detonated a self-made bomb in Auckland Hospital, California, TASS reported quoting NBC.

As local police reported, the incident occurred on Tuesday evening. The man in a wheelchair entered the reception of a medical institution and activated an improvised explosive device made of iron pipes. The reasons of his actions are being clarified.

There were no injured people among visitors of hospital, patients and medical staff.
