On the night of October 19, police in France have continued protests against the recent attacks on the law enforcement agents. The Interior Affairs Minister Bernard Cazeneuve will urgently accept trade union representatives, who called to hold a "march of silence" on October 26, reports the RFI. About 400 police officers went out to the streets of Évry in support of their injured colleagues. Dozens of police officers gathered again near Saint Louis Hospital in Paris, where their colleagues receive treatment.

Earlier, there took place an attack of youngsters on the police with Molotov-cocktails in Viry-Chatillon. One of the trade unions called to hold a silent march, which will manifest the anger of the police and citizens. The National police chief Jean Marc Falkone said in the RTL television, that the police understand frustration of the police, but urge to end the protests.
