Pobeda Airlines, a Russian low-cost airlines, got an access to the flights from Moscow to Gyumri, Armenia’s second largest city.

The company is permitted to operate seven flights a week, Interfax reported quoting Russian aviation agency.

A Russian low-cost airline is a wholly owned subsidiary of Aeroflot. It has a fleet of 12 Boeings.
