Supporters of Sansa Tsrer armed group on Friday submitted a letter to the Armenian Human Rights Defender’s Office.

The march participants headed from Yerevan’s Liberty Square to the Office of the Human Rights Defender, Armenian News – NEWS.am correspondent reports.

Here they were received by Zohrab Yeganyan, the Spokesperson for Armenian Human Rights Defender.

The supporters and relatives of Sasna Tsrer members require from Tatoyan to support them in organizing meetings with the group members, as well as releasing them.

Heritage Party MP Zaruhi Postanjyan also took part in the march. She told journalists that the struggle for releasing the Sasna Tsrer group members and political prisoners is continuing. “It is necessary to gather every day and carry out the struggle. Through every day protests we must achieve their release,” Postanjyan stated.

The group supporters also launched a signature campaign demanding to allow Sasna Tsrer group members to meet with their relatives.
