Turkey may soon unblock YouTube that has been legally banned for 2.5 years.

According to the Turkish Vatan newspaper, Germany-based International Licensing Service removed from YouTube all scandalous videos and there are no reasons for blocking it in Turkey any more.

Representatives of Turkish telecommunication sector intend to appeal to the court to lift the ban and work out a new procedure of “warnings and new bans”.
