The information on a mass brawl between Armenians and Azerbaijanis is false, Tigran Balayan, Spokesman for the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs, told NEWS.am. The Armenian Embassy in Iran refuted the information, he said. “No such incident occurred in Tabriz on November 17,” he said.
