European Commission President Jean Claude Juncker was reportedly drunk and colliding with people and furniture at a UN Peace Summit during critical talks, The Sun reported.
A diplomatic source told The Sun: “It was clear Juncker was very well refreshed.”
It’s not the first time that the EU-boss has been hit with claims of drinking, including that he drank cognac for breakfast.
