The Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs called absurd the Georgian media reports that members of the Armenian delegation that participated in the NATO Summit in Lisbon allegedly took part in a “blowout” in company with prostitutes.

Tigran Nalbandian, Spokesman for the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs, stated that the reports are so absurd that they do not need commenting on or refuting.

The managers of the Tiara hotel in Lisbon refuted the reports as well. They stressed that had no complaints about the Armenian delegation.

As NEWS.am reported earlier, during the summit members of the Georgian delegations organized a real “blowout” and disturbed Nicolas Sarkozy, Georgian press reported referring to Portugese Correio da mahna agency.

According to the journalists, members of the Georgian delegation invited 80 prostitutes to the hotel and organized a party in the rooms.

French President complained to the hotel administration about noise.

The journalists claim that Armenian delegation members also participated in the party.

Georgians stated that they are not aware of the incident in the Portuguese capital.

Armenian FM Edward Nalbandian and RA Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan participated in the NATO Summit.
