On December 26, NKR President Bako Sahakyan visited the village of Drmbon in the Martakert region where he met the staff of the “Base Metals” closed joint-stock company and congratulated them on the coming New Year and Christmas, NKR Presidential press service informed NEWS.am.

The President highly appreciated the role of the company in realizing mining exploratory activities in Artsakh as well as its large-scale investments made in this field.

Bako Sahakyan considered a great achievement the fact that the «Base Metals» company succeeded in creating an enterprise equipped with modern technology and in forming a cohesive staff with its peculiar traditions.

Chairman of the Artsakh Republic National Assembly Ashot Ghoulyan, Premier Ara Haroutyunyan and other officials participated in the event.
