On December 28, NKR President Bako Sahakyan received representatives of sports and culture who registered exclusive successes in 2010.

Bako Sahakyan stressed the importance of these successes for developing sports and culture in our republic. The President touched upon political aspects of these victories too considering them among the best means of introducing Artsakh to the world, proper representation in the international arenas and securing worthy place within the civilized society.

Sahakyan underlined that the victories of sports and culture representatives of Artsakh are success of the whole Armenian nation in Artsakh, Armenia and the Diaspora.

The President handed in financial rewards and valuable gifts to the representatives of sports and culture who registered exclusive successes noting that the sports and culture spheres are always in the spotlight of the authorities and everything possible will be done for developing these spheres.
Members of the Cabinet of Ministers, deputies of the National Assembly and other officials were present at the event, NKR Presidential press service informed NEWS.am.
