Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan will pay a visit to Russia in spring 2011, Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said.
According to him, during his visit the second meeting of Russia-Turkey joint group of strategic planning will be held.
Davutoglu expressed confidence that the cooperation between the two countries will develop and raise to a new level, RIA Novosti reports.
