The international community will view any of Azerbaijan`s attempts to resume hostilities in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone as aggression, Prof. Vladimir Zakharov, Director of the Institute for Political and Social Research of the Black Sea and Caspian region, told journalists.

The expert does not trust the rumors about Azerbaijan`s plans to resume hostilities this April or May. “Aliyev himself is well aware that a military operation is inadvisable,” Zakharov said. He stressed that any talks about a final settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict are too early.
