The aircraft with Armenian football players landed successfully at the Cyprus airport, the press service of the Armenian Football Federation informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

As Armenian News-NEWS.am reported earlier, technical problems were revealed in the air and the crew members decided to make an emergency landing at Zvartnots international airport.

The Armenian football national team was leaving for Cyprus to play a friendly match with the Georgian team.

The President of the Armenian Football federation Ruben Hayrapetyan and other members of the executive committee were aboard the plane.
